Larry and his partner, Pamela Lehman, are the authors and developers of the Pathfinder Career System, which has been researched extensively over the past 25 years.

Larry Cash

Larry Cash has been a Career Management Consultant for over 36 years. His consulting practice has included work with Fortune Global 500 corporations. Larry’s studies toward a B.Sc. in Psychology and M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology were completed at North Texas University and his Ph.D. studies in Counselling Psychology were at the University of Toronto’s Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) where he taught as a Graduate Instructor for five years. He held a senior management position as Executive Director of the YMCA Career Counselling Services, Canada’s oldest and most respected career counselling service, for more than 6 years. He has been featured in more than 20 publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Canadian Business magazine and the Financial Post magazine.

Pamela Lehman

Pamela Lehman has been a professional Career Consultant for over 25 years. Pam specializes in personal counselling and coaching. She is a skilled practitioner in personal employment testing and career pathing for students and adults. She has worked with a wide range of companies including Fortune Global 500 companies. Pam completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Western Ontario and received an Honours B.A. in Humanities at York University. She completed a professional post-graduate certification at the Toronto Gestalt Institute for Psychotherapy and attended the University of Toronto’s Master of Social Work program.
