Your Pathfinder inventory consists of paired statements presented in different sections. You are required to select the statement in each pair that is the best description of who you are. In most cases the choice would be clear, but in some you may find it difficult to choose. However, you are still required to pick one statement above the other, even though the difference between the two may be slight.

When completing the survey, please evaluate each alternative carefully and complete all the responses for all the sections of the survey.

We encourage you to take your time so that you can respond thoughtfully. There is neither a time limit, nor a "hidden" timer associated with our process.

Please "save" your responses as you proceed through the inventory. You are still able to change them if you so choose. Feel free to take breaks, or to complete the inventory over different sessions or days.

When you log on again, your previous answers will then be displayed again and you will be able to continue or to review previous answers.

Once you've completed the last section of the inventory, please return to the menu where the different sections of the inventory are listed and click on "Submit Answers" to conclude the process. Please note that this is the final action of the inventory and that you will not be able to return to the survey sections once you've submitted your answers.
