• The first level of validity is reliability. Test reliability is the consistency of results obtained by the same person when re-tested with the Pathfinder over varying periods of time from three months to 3 years.
• The Pathfinder’s test-retest reliability was equally high for those who repeated the test three years after the first administration as for those who were re-administered the test after only three months.
• Test-Retest results confirm that the majority of your high scores, average scores and low scores reported to you today will be statistically the same 3 years from today...unless you make a sincere and focused effort to improve any low trait or benchmark comparison reported.
